pretty much yes, but it depends on your fan curve

Alright cool, just got a new case and had to put only a 120mm rad cooler for processor cooler, had to do some modifications to the case to get it all to fit

The 1800x runs super cool, it will be more than enough. My 1800x with a NH-D15s hits 56c-68c max during Prime95.

I personally wouldn't ever consider the H60, but I'm going to assume you already have it from an older build.
