What's the highest level dinos allowed on a server? I came across a level 300 sabertooth and I was under the assumption that they couldn't go any higher.

In the wild they can spawn up to 150 (190 for wyverns).
Through breeding and levelling they can get to 449 (any higher than that and they will despawn, or at least that was true on legacy because of glitched high lvl dinos, they may not have implemented the hard cap on new officials due to there being no glitched dinos )

I also thought you could find higher than level 150 wild dinos in caves but they were not tameable.

Wild on official maxes at 150, depending on tame 224 w perf tame. You can breed stats together and hit a 449 birth tho.
