-Admin is not allowed to build anywhere

-Build anywhere just dont block spawns.

Adding never servers isn't a 5 second job it takes hours to days to do.

On the plus side, the wife and I finally got into a Ragnarok server last night. Excellent performance, no lag or rubberbanding at all.
