Okay I’m not talking about switching the literal guns, you’d switch heroes after every kill

that would implying that a hero is some how better than other and blizzard doesn't want that

It's so simple and would be very good stop being awkward !!! Everyone starts with the same character gets a kill and moves onto the next the winner is simply determined by who can get 1 kill with each character the quickest
It has nothing to with one character being better than another
