So today I let windows update. Restarted windows and the second screen turns out not like all the others. I updated my video card drivers and checked to make sure the settings were right. I even shifted between different resolutions and I still have the same thing. I took a screenshot and in the first picture It seems like I dont have an issue. So I took a pic with my phone and as you can see Its all messed up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just a guess, but that looks like 16bit colour. ill admit i havnt seen it in years but something to check out.
