You could sell it, purchase same parts plus a bigger ssd (250gb samsung 850 evo) or 16gb ram, (maybe both) getting the true experience of putting your PC together with labor included, and still be making a profit? This is a possibility for you. This process of selling and window shopping a fair priced 1070 could be time-consuming.
