Regional Chests: Are they a "once per account" thing? I just capped my Warlock and I can't see them anywhere as where on my first capped character I saw them (And can't recall doing anything specific to unlock them) - I have looted ALL Regional Chests on my main tho - Is this why I can't see them on my second char?
