Question to ask I'm doing a little project for my missus and I think the mobo has gone!! The mobo works if the cmos batt is out for about a day but if you try to start her up she will not work with the cmos batt is in

the motherboard works without the cmos battery in doesn't want to power up at all with it in

maybe the battery needs to be replaced
