White Walkers are available for a leader. Sky Dye is the leader of Stark. Kings Landing is neutral site for community, events and store. The Iron Throne is available and you can claim that by defending your lands and essentially becoming Alpha while others pledge their alliance towards your house. There are a few after the Throne so once a House claims the Throne others will be after you. You fall, or surrender you will lose the throne.
