PC has 8GB of RAM. Min requirements for Just Cause 3 are 6GB.
After start up I get a pop-up, "your memory does not reach the minimum requirements".

Just Cause 3 is very demanding, I played it with 16GB of RAM and still had stutters and it using all 16gb according to task manager

Look at how much ram your using before starting the game. And then upgrade to 16gb lel

8GB is the minimum for games, minus OS usage and other apps, and you don't have fully 8GB for the game.
