Basically any OC'ing can damage the component in question, but if you know what you're doing and have sufficient cooling, there's quite literally no risk involved.

Start with MSI afterburner. Go to u-tube and find overclocking your GPU without changing the clock speed etc. Just change power and temperature settings, follow the instructions. That is a start. Once you feel comfortable with that look for more information on u-tube.

No. Gpus cant get damaged with the oc, the voltaje limit its always inside the safe range.

Overclocking gpu is easy
There isn't much to screw up
Just turn everything up
Except for the voltage
And then find a perfect balance between stability performance heat and peace of mind

Just put core clock to +153 and memory clock to +500 that would make it 1800 base/boost and 4000 memory hope that helps :)
