Not sure what's up with this it seems to locked in I managed to bypass the bios lock...

Not sure what's up with this it seems to locked in I managed to bypass the bios lock by using the hirens toolkit . It seems to not recognize the bootable media . I created a USB pen drive with bootable Window 10 the notebook is a A4 mobile elite Medion Akora with dual core 1ghz with a HD8180 .Unless it's the type of card I'm using then I will use a pen I'm sure I got one around somewhere.
