Not sure if others have done this but I have found the most easiest and most strangest way to catch and tame a Dino medium dinos anyway but I used a yurt chased the galli trapped it in the yurt and tamed it and it worked but also gave some protection from other dinos lol then just pick it up when finished soo cool

I do this for large dinos, I build a very basic pen with a behemoth door and a person sizes door on the other side. Get them to chase you through the big door, escape out the small one. Climb up and tranq them with ease lol
