There is sound of the game on my laptop but no picture only black screen. What could be the problem?

I'm not sure my laptop's been doing the same thing ever since Windows updated last month it keeps dropping my graphics driver and I had to keep reinstalling it 3 to 4 times a day getting quite irritating

It's windows I suppose, saw quite a lot of problems with the latest windows update.

Yeah it's been the last 4 updates for me it keeps installing AMD 3600 graphics driver and are require an AMD 4500 HD I have to keep reinstalling and reinstalling I really wish they would fix this problem

The update just fucked up my audio settings btw, so yeah could well be that especially if you've recently upgraded

Had 10 for a year now had nothing but trouble with it

Open the sound bar and check wich program it is coming from, i had an ad playing all the time and it was steam web helper. Then just mute the program or close it.
