Mercy and Junk nerf is live?? do you think it's also live for OWL? If so, this week should be interesting.

Indeed they are. They released them today in order for owl to play with the changes

The nerfs are live but OWL won’t see the changes for a while. They just got the patch for Mercy’s most recent nerf (before the nerf today) last week so we probably won’t see OWL get them until Stage 2.
