Maybe a needle on a haystack problem and didnt happen to me, but has anyone ever heard or had an issue occur where they knocked out a wild Dino, taming got to 90% and stopped, they let it wake up, knocked it out again, and it just randomly die with about 210hp or still health left with full torpor?

One of the spinos we knocked out got tamed to 22% and wouldnt eat after that. Wouldnt tame even though it was stacked with prime meat
