Lets see if anyone has an idea of wtf is going on.. every time i close a game, any game, and i try to open Steam from the system tray, something fucks up and its like that steam its not actually open.. if i try to click something, it opens whatever its "behind it" in desktop... any ideas?

Bro what I do is end process in steam then open it again but different issue. My issue is I cant open steam anywhere but it might work for yah.
