Last post for the night....I just got my first otter and I was swimming around with it making it kill fish...then it does a barrel roll and glows....iw checked it's inventory and it had a black pearl and 3 silica pearls....does it get pearls from killing fish? Or how would it have gotten a black or silica....there are no silica pearls where I was

Yes it has a random chance of bringing back both types of pearls from killing aquatic animals and fish

Yes they do! And they help keep you warm in cool environments.

They dont get much but if you stockpile them until you need them they can be real helpful.
