Ladies(?) and gentleman, i need your help, i changed the cpu cooler on my pc and now it wont boot, fans are spinning, gpu, and ram are lighting up, but there is no output on the monitor, keyboard doesnt light up as well, did i screwed something up?

Is the CPU powered? Check.

yeah it is, checked every power cable and reseated every component i could, monitor is like its still of and blinks the led...(always does that)
