Kinda a stupid question. But I'm playing on two player dedicated servers. One is my own and someone else's. Both have downloads allowed but when I check the ob there's nothing there. Is it just not allowed no matter what?

No you can't go from one dedi to another. Only pc hosted clusters. You can go from single player to dedi though
