Just installed PUBG, having issues. Im having an issue where my screen doesnt respond to anything, and will only refresh its image if I ALT+tab, and then it shows the updated image on the small window alongside all my other windows. Have tried reinstalling and verifying local files, launching in windowed mode etc, nothing is working.

Anyone have a solution?
