Just a quick question. I play on official pve and our flyers cant pick up any dinos or survivors but our tribe's. Is this a normal thing?

Yep, you can't pick up on official PvE - only your own people and dinos. Not even wild ones.

It's a fix to what used to be a big pve problem where people would just drop tons of wild dinos in people's bases
