I'm not much of a monitor expert. Want to buy a 24 inch 1080p IPS monitor. I've checked few monitors in my retailers' website and I'm scratching my head over a simple thing. Some titles say it's 24 inch but the description says 23.6 inch, 23.8 inch... etc. Is this normal? If not does it make any difference than the actual 24" size?

I think that reduction is including the border of the monitor.
So 24" total, 23.6 after the frame

Go for 75hz or higher youll thank yourself later lol

You must hit a higher refresh rate then the 60 or 75hz will offer if you want to do any gaming
