I'm going to start building my 1st pc soon and I'm all set, but I don't understand...

I'm going to start building my 1st pc soon and I'm all set, but I don't understand what to do with BIOS. I've read up on it but have been seeing different things. Is it based on your mobo or?

Asus has a pretty user friendly bios u shouldn't have to mess with it allot

As a novice user apart from setting the time and date and maybe boot sequence there shouldn't be a lot you need to do in the bios.

Get your machine up and running first, learn about it, then you can explore the BIOS and learn about that.

Best Rule: If in doubt, DON'T!
