Your encoding times are gonna suck ass with an I3 even my 7600k doesn't fair to well in that regard. You definitely wanted more cores for video editing.

I have a Samsung 256gb m.2 ssd it was a budget build pc I was working on but decided to go a different route and maybe use this for editing instead and get a higher core cpu for a two in one pc

Thank you for your opinions I'll use it for something else my major build was focusing around a x99 build using something like a 5960x with high core count and initially splitting the cores for a two in one pc
