i know there are many different factors but in general if i have to be the only tank(if i have to be the only tank i'll go orisa) or the only healer which is more important? because sometimes i have to cheese between the 2

If there isn't a healer go healer. Tanks are important but you need at least one healer otherwise you probably won't win. As important as tanks are a healer is more important
