Is good enough for overwatch with 200 fps at ultra or epic?

No but youll hit 144+ fps. I hit between 140-190 with my 6600k 16gb ram and 1060 6gb on that setting. Do you have 144hz monitor?

You wont hit 144 FPS with those on ultra or epic.

I don't think so. It'll run the game really well, but I doubt it'll average 200+

You'll average around 160FPS with dynamic reflections on OFF. Everything else on ultra.
