I ended last season at 3341 (season high 3571). I'm going to do all my placement matches with a person who has never played competitive so never been placed. I wonder what will happen to both of our scores at the end. Will she be placed up with me because all the matches will be at my level? Will I be placed down because I was queueing with a non-diamond/master player? I'll find out soon.

I think at some point during your placements you won't be able to queue with them anymore
