I am recruiting for a Scorched tribe. We're a rather large tribe spread across a handful of servers. Extremely well established and are looking to grow even further. We do carry a ranking system in each tribe we establish, you will always have the possibility of ranking up through hard work and determination. The Scorched server is very new, only 600 days old and we've just now set up on it and are friendly with the current natives. However it's a Scorched, be prepared for constant PvP lol.
