ssd means you load quicker, on a tight budget you dont really need it but it is nice if you can squeeze it in, csgo and pubg also dont really benefit from the quicker loading anyways

Not if you're on a tight budget. I have my OS on my ssd and it boots up my pc in seconds. Just save like $20 a week if possible and you'll be able to get one in about 2 months if you still want one.

If the hdd is slow enough the game will crash when you tab out or.close the game occasionally
