I’m Xenoblade 2 can Luck affect salvaging?

For my understanding, salvage lvl and area affects drops. Luck affects drops I think

No, luck is for drops of monsters and cores, salvaging mastery is what helps with that, you can find that ability in common blades and some rare blades

Luck is only confirmed to increase debuff resistance as far as I know. I got all rare blades in about 300 cores across the board with no luck boosts but others can’t pull KOS-MOS out of 500 legendaries with 999 luck.
