If you're in Bronze just play Soldier or Tracer and wreck ass until you're in Diamond.

Don't be in the front be in the middle or back of the team when healing

Zenyatta is your best ticket, discord orb people so all those insta pick DPS have some help killing people. And occasional healing orb when you can. He is beastly from range.
