Iv seen two in highlands one time but wouldn't count on it to happen often. The time i seen two is in the beginning before there where tons of traps by the scar

1 spawns in at the highland right at east spawn. If it gets far enough away a 2nd will spawn

2-3 in the highlands. There’s a ravine that you can build doors at both ends. Lure them in and tranq them

They like to wonder from the highlands towards red ob as well so if you only se one in highlands I bet the 2nd one wondered off in that direction

Actually this is not a fair question because on PC servers admin can change how many spawns of a sertan dino like the giga like i set 4 per map for mine and 5 titans per map also

So you will need to ask admin and server owner and see what they set it as
