How can I get prim+ on xbox one?

Main menu of ark just switch it. Bottom right corner I believe

What all is it? Will it mess up my game right now?

It shouldn't mess anything up it just changes it to whatever game you start or join should me prim plus. Then switch it back when you wanna go back to standard
