Hi all, I've been having problem's with my computer if I leave it on for more then 3 hours it becomes really slow and I have terrible FPS in any game. I have tried most think like changing fan speeds, defragging my harddrive/ssd, cleaning out my case but it still happens. Anyone have this problem or know how to fix it thanks.

Check the performance monitor to see what it is doing. What OS you on?

I'm on OS 8.1. I' m not to sure what i should be looking at so I don't really know it this is bad or not

Don't defrag ssd it will kill it

If it's not temperatures, then I bet it's software, and entirely your fault. If your idle temps for any component are over, say, 55C or so, then re-seat the heatsink with some fresh TIM.

Otherwise, figure out how to remove whatever malware you picked up...you might be mining digital currency for someone else.
