Hey guys,I know it's not related to pc but I can't connect my phone (Samsung a3 2015) to my pc to transfer files + I want to root it too. In my old pc (motherboard died..) I could connect it to transfer files.now in my laptop I can't..I can only charge it and it doesn't show that it's connected.any1 know why; I think that I downloaded something like drivers in my old pc but I can't find them now.ty to anyone that answer

Try connecting your phone to your pc, and make sure the setting on your phone is set to transfer mtp files.

Also, go into device manager and see if you phone is being recognised

Nothing still and no it doesn't recognised the phone,it just charge
