Hey Dudes! I currently only have one HDMI input on my PC. I don't have a GPU. Could I buy a HDMI splitter to get two monitors working?

yes but they'll both be the same picture

the gpu can only send different pictures through different ports. 1 port being split to multiple outputs will only have the one set of information going through it.

if anything, you'll lose quality

Only way you can do that is with a DP connector and a mst hub

A GPU is the best way to go about this. If you aren't planning on doing any serious gaming even a cheap one would do fine.
