Hey does anyone have a server with 20+ people not very boosted just taming and maturing boosted really. Also would anyone want to start like a 7 man tribe I have 4 people counting me

Check out Sir rollsalot ark. I'm a player on the server so not the admin or owner. 13 or so active tribes. PvP encouraged but you'll be allowed to build up without being hassled. Admin bases being set up to raid plus events coming soon.

As for admin abuse, I am the ONLY admin and I don't play or compete with the other tribes.
