Guys I need some help after I updated my graphics card it turns like this, and when I'm gonna start my pc it keeps spinning the circle on the loading screen. I don't know what to do.

Is windows loaded?...If so ctrl+alt+del open task manager and start a new task(file-new task)explorer.exe, but I think Pete is right first time around boot into safe mode

Go to save mode on OS and get the previouse driver

Uninstall your present video driver from your pc also delete cache data than restart your pc go to safe mode than install your graphics driver, than install latest directx after that restart your pc. enjoy
