Guess who doesnt have compatible graphics hardware? Thinking of building a PC now. Anybody know if a GTX 1080 will support a 144hz 4K monitor? Or should i go with a 60hz 4K monitor?

If you're going all the way with a 1080 definitely need a 144hz the bigger the better 1440p suggested but minimum of 1080p

Since when is there a 4k 144hz monitor? And why would you want that, there are no gpu ''s that reach those frames in 4k, go for 2k 144hz, and yes a 1080 is enough

144hz 1080p > 60hz 4k. Can't beat that smoothnes.

Go 2K 144hz, I don't think there are any 4K 144hz in the market to sell yet

Most 4k Monitors can't even do 60FPS (Average supported is 30FPS), never mind 144FPS. lmfao.
