Get Ryzen 5 instead and for RAM, 8GB is enough for gaming purposes till now.. But you shouldnt hesitate getting a 16

7400 is mediocre at best. I'm an intel guy too but for the budget, get ryzen 5 and the 1060 6gb

Do you know what size of case are you using?
I suggest if you're not getting a micro atx or something like that, get the long graphics cards... the have better temperatures and I know it seems that small card will take less space but sometimes those cards take a lot of space up and down to them

I love me some Intel but I would look at ryzen for your budget.
