Does anyone know why the settings don't save for dedicated servers anymore really annoying putting everything back when you restart the server

We've moved to SE map just until WC pull their finger out and fix the centre map, it crashes every 10 minutes and I've read on twitter hundreds making same complaint. SE seems to hold up better, we're at least going over 24hrs without crashes

My server is not crashing but I bring it down once a day to back up the server so if it were to get corrupted I can roll it back and people would only lose a day at most of progress
