Do I need a dual input monitor or just 2 ports on gpu for dual monitors. I found a monitor on Facebook and it’s a nice size and Samsung brand for 60 bucks but the seller says he needed a dual input monitor. I just don’t want to have the same issue when I go home and hook it up. The display cable is vga

I have triple monitor, using the three outputs from my video card to three monitors. Weird hearing of one monitor needing two inputs used at the same time. I have encountered a monitor that has different inputs but they acted like the 'source' or 'input' function on a tv.
