If the Baestion sees you first and can aim decently (if it's in recon) then it's best to try to reposition. If you are far enough away and see it in turret or you see it first and it's in recon then just shoot.

It'll be forced to either stay put and try to self heal until you reload which gives your team time to rush it or at least take objective.

Pharah vs Bastion is all about who sees who first and who has better positioning and team communication.

Both Bastion-turret and Torb-turret have the same core strategy, that is, you land behind a corner, sneak out, pop off a rocket, then get back into cover before they can acquire you as a target. You can rapidly change direction much faster on the ground and if you get in trouble get out.
Splash the ground/wall behind them if you are in close proximity or can't get out without exposing yourself to more direct fire.
Point is not necessarily to kill them, but force them to reposition/move/do something that isn't just spam damage at your team.
Bastion-recon is probably the most dangerous hit-scan-hard-counter to you and as posted above, it's all about who see's who first, with the following caveat: You have about three seconds to land two direct hit rockets INCLUDING TRAVEL TIME, so odds are if even if you get your second rocket off and kill him, by the time your rocket gets there you are already dead.
In other words if you engage a Bastion-recon you must be able to deliver two hits in the three seconds since it saw you.
If you can't do this, get out of there, the odds are against you and you're no good to the team dead.

Turret will autoattack first visible target .. with pharah wait till some tank or some other player will be targeted and then kill turret ez ..
bastion .. wait till he start dmg your tanks (shield) and then kill him or on long distance he do nothing to u so u can kill him ez .. genjis reflect is nice against bastion too but this is harder then pharah ..

If you get an angle on them from long range just shoot at the turret or bastion from there, ask for a healer to pocket you until you’ve taken them out or wait till your team pushes and they’re distracted so they can’t focus fire you

If bastion is being shielded by reinhardt and orisa with a mercy pocket, just type in "GG" in game chat and exit the game ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

The turret works with line of sight so u can get your tank to distract for u while you take care of the turret

Pharah pretty easily out ranges the turret, so unless its behind a Rein shield, just stay back and pop shots off. It'll go down pretty quickly.
