CAM is saying only half my gpus memory is being used (on intense gaming too). Only using 5508mhz? Also says the core clock has been using 1898mhz yet my gpu boost is a only 1700? (Asus 1080ti OC)

All cards with GPU Boost 3.0 overclock themselves further based on other variables.
