Ive done just fine solo healing. I just play conservative with nades. If I have a mercy i use it more offensively

It's not just about the healing it's the sleep dart on the priority target who was about to destroy your team with his ult xD saved so many games with Ana

Also, she is the only hero capable of carrying the team truly when you heal and dps and sleep the ulting enemies to save the team, and funny thing is you will rarely get potg with her
