Anyone know if there is a way to enable Prim plus building mats in a pc dedicated server?

Its just me and a buddy playing on a PvE server om Ragnarok.. But building in stone gets old... Is there amyway to enable harvesting prim plus mats in a vanilla game?

So far only if you switch it to prim+

What exactly did switching to Prim plus change? If it's just a couple items are no longer useable that's fine...... I just don't want to lose anything major....as far as weapons go I only like up to long neck rifle anyways.

And i dont mind spawning in saddles that we lose access to.
