Anyone know if I buy a car from auction if I try to paint it it says locked whatever if I unlock it will it lose the performance parts ? I know if you try to upgrade performance on a auction car if you unlock it loses the parts but how about paint? Anyone know

It's the setup of the seller, like his tune and upgrades, if you say clear or yes, it allows you do mod it yourself

You lose the upgrades but if you go to upgrade it your self all the parts they previously had installed will be free
