It shows the base frequency, which is 2.5, while tests will show some variant of the boost frequency depending on you cooling solution

use the task manager or some other tool to check your actual frequency

oh and make sure you turn off ALL throttling settings in the bios. your actual speed won't show unless it's stressed if you have them on

Newer Intel CPU have a variable clock. As in they have a turbo boost. The CPU jumps in between the base clock and the turbo boost, this is dependent on system demand.

it shows you the base there it show me 3.5 but i have my i5 6600k oc to 4,7

Msi afterbrner has nothing to do with cpu clock anyway

Open the task manager, run a cinebench benchmark and see what it goes up to.
