I'd say 144 Hz G Sync. I'm using an ultra cheap 60 Hz/ No adaptive sync monitor for now. I obv get more frames without VSync on but it's smoother when I keep it on.

144 hz g sync if you watched linus's vid on 240hz he clearly stated that almost nobody was able to see the difference and in my opinion its not really worth the extra i have seen it myself and i can happily say i dont see the difference between them + the other one has g sync

240Hz is nice, but if 1440p 144Hz could be an option I'd go for the higher res. If it's not an option I'd just go 240Hz.
